To ensure safe, proper, and uninterrupted production, specific venue and technical support is required.

Internet

Live streaming requires a stable internet connection from the organizer's side (Good broadband with proper upload speed or Starlink).

If We Arrange Internet:

Important: Arrangement generally available for packages BDT 45k+. Lower-tier multiples adjustable based on schedule.

Venue & Setup

Camera Risers

Organizer must arrange risers for elevated cameras based on provided dimensions.

Shade & Weather

Umbrellas/shade required for outdoor setups to protect gear from sun & rain. Branded umbrellas possible if discussed.

How long does the coverage last?
Coverage is provided for up to 4 hours or 1 match, whichever comes first.

Streaming quality depends on internet stability, venue support, weather conditions, and overall safe operating conditions.
Who provides the internet connection for live streaming?
The event organizer must provide a stable internet connection unless separate arrangements are made with our team.
Who is responsible for arranging launch/boat transportation for the production team?
The event organizer is responsible for arranging any required launch or boat transportation for our staff and equipment when the venue is located in remote or water-access areas.
What happens if a natural disaster or extreme weather prevents the event before setup begins?
If a natural disaster, unsafe weather condition, or unavoidable emergency occurs before setup begins, no package fee will be charged. However, the organizer must cover any transportation or travel expenses already incurred by our team.
What happens if the setup is already completed and the event is later affected by a natural disaster?
If our team has already completed setup and production preparation, the full package fee will still apply even if the event is later interrupted, postponed, or canceled due to natural disasters or weather conditions.
Are transportation expenses refundable during emergency cancellations?
No. Any transportation, launch, travel, or logistics expenses incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.
Can the event be rescheduled after a weather-related cancellation?
Rescheduling may be possible depending on team availability, venue conditions, and production schedule. Additional charges may apply.
Are replay and review systems official VAR or DRS systems?
No. Replay and review support are provided for broadcast and reference purposes only and are not official VAR or DRS systems.
Are special arrangements required for outdoor events?
Yes. Outdoor productions may require umbrellas, shade, platforms, or other necessary arrangements from the organizer’s side.
Are camera risers provided by your team?
Camera risers must be safely built by the organizer according to the dimensions and guidelines provided by our production team.
Is a 4 on-field camera setup available at every venue?
Not always. Venue size, layout, safety, and operational limitations may affect the feasibility of 4 on-field camera setups.
Can drone coverage be included?
Drone operations depend on weather conditions, venue approval, safety regulations, and legal clearance.
Are LED stumps, camera reviews, and microphone integrations always available?
These features are subject to operational feasibility and venue compatibility.
Will the final production always match the package exactly?
Final deliverables may vary slightly depending on the selected package, sport type, venue conditions, and agreed production scope.
